Our process

Manufacturing Process

images
Core Assembly

Under this process bonded core design is used to eliminate hold notching clamp and to minimize fixed losses and magnetizing current.

images
Coil Winding

The Low Voltage coil is designed to approximately match the current rating of the available low-voltage (LV).

Core & Coil Assembly

The limbs of the core are tightly wrapped with cotton tape and then varnished during the manufacturing and even repairing process.

Drying Out Process

The transformer winding, have the capacity to absorb large amounts of moisture from atmosphere.

Tank Fabrication & fittings

All welds are checked ensuring 100 % leak proof seems and mechanical strength.

images
Tanking

After vacuum process the active part is removed from the Oven and all components subject to the shrinkage are tightened again.

images
Painting

The accessories is cleaned properly. Necessary chipping and grinding applied for smooth surface and finishing.

Testing

Finishing transformer confirming to IS:1180 & IS-2026 by qualified and experienced engineers with precision grade testing equipments.
